Welcome colleagues and thank you for agreeing to join me on this journey through learning about how we can learn to engage our students by using multimodal tools in our classrooms. Our students are born into a world where knowledge is instantaneously available to them through the internet. Hopefully, this year, we can share our ideas on multimodality and discuss how we can start changing our pedagogical practices and learn to incorporate these tools into our teaching practices!
